1. The refrigerator is leaking and there's a dent in the door.
I think maybe someone kicked it, and that's why is leaking. I would fixed by calling a electricist.
2. The microwave isn't turning on.
Maybe someone explote something in there or tried to heat something that isn't supposed to put in the microwave. I would buy a new microwave, because even though someone could fix it, it isn't going to work as well as before.
3. The doorknop is loose.
Someone must forced to much and it got loose. They could just tighten screws to make it more firm.
4. The clock stopped.
The batteries must be dead so they can buy new batteries and problem solved.
5. The lamp is flickering and it gives shocks.
Maybe is and old lamp, that's why is causing that much troubles, they should call a electricist.
6. The fan is making noise. 
Maybe they forced to much with the speed and it needs to replace it.
7. The courtine has a big hole.
I don't know how they could ruin their courtine like that, maybe it burned? The should get new ones.
8. Coffee stain on the rug.
They throw coffee on the floor and it fell on the rug, they could just wash the rug.
9. There are CD's scratched.
They didn't take care of them, that's why it scratches, they should just throw it on the trash.
